Pricing and Payment

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Timeline

The processing of the refund and the arrival of the funds to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. Customers should verify their account balance 14 days after the refund is initiated before contacting support.
PayPal Refund Timeline
For orders paid through PayPal, the refund will be issued to the original PayPal account. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to appear in the customer's PayPal balance or linked bank account. Due to local laws in some regions, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to reach the customer's account. Ka Ki Limited has no control over the processing time applied by PayPal and third-party financial institutions.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt of the order. To file a claim, the customer must send an email to [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt, describing the damage or defect and attaching clear photographs of the affected item and its packaging. Claims submitted after the 7 days period will not be accepted. Upon verification of the claim, Ka Ki Limited will provide a replacement or a full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy and Refund Processing Timeline sections.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes arising from or related to the purchase of clothing products from Ka Ki Limited shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Limitation of Liability
Ka Ki Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product sold on wd35.watchhousesale.com. The total liability of Ka Ki Limited for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
